Payment is to be made through Paypal using credit card or Paypal account.
Payment is required within 5 days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
All items will be mailed once a week after the payment transaction has been verified.
Please allow 2-3 weeks shipping,depending on where you live. Overseas shipping may take longer. Holidays will also slow down shipping. Sometimes customs can slow it down as well, when shipping internationally.
Shipping is air mail unless you request otherwise (extra costs will be billed to the buyer via Paypal).
Soap orders are automatically insured up to 100.00$.
Additional insurance is available upon request and at additional cost.
After purchase, extra shipping costs will be refunded by Paypal.
Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact me before leaving feedback. I am more than happy to work out an exchange/refund if the product is not what you were expecting.
Some items may not be able to be replaced.
Lost items can only be partially refunded. We both lose out.
No refunds on shipping costs.
